eS/Clean is a cleaning business software designed to streamline the tasks of building service contractors and facility managers. It facilitates the management of manpower, inspections, incidents, work orders, periodic works, reports, and client communication, aiming to simplify operations and strengthen client relationships.

eS/Clean operates as “software as a service” (SaaS), which means it’s cloud-based. Users can access it directly through a web browser, eliminating the need to download any software onto their computers. (Nevertheless, we offer a desktop icon for those who prefer desktop access.) For users with iOS and Android devices, our dedicated app is providing access to most functions for all field operations. Updates and enhancements to eS/Clean are automatically deployed to all users.

eS/Clean is perfect for cleaning businesses of all sizes, from solo cleaners to large cleaning service operations. Building and Facilities Management also find benefits from the implementation of the eS/Clean system.

Ensuring the security of your information is our top priority. All user data is securely backed up on AWS servers located in Singapore. Our company hosts the software on our own servers, relieving customers of the need to handle software updates or downloads.

Supported Browsers

All KPTM applications support current versions of the following browsers on Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android operating systems:

  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

JavaScript

Our applications require the use of JavaScript. Some firewalls and high-security environments disable JavaScript.

Session Cookies

Our authenticated modules require third-party cookies to be enabled. If you are using a browser with third-party cookies disabled or cross-site tracking prevention enabled, you cannot log in to our applications or may have issues filtering data in reports. In this case, a default system message will be displayed to notify you of the issue.

How to Enable Cookies in Your Browser

The following section provides steps to enable cookies and cross-site tracking in various browsers:

GOOGLE CHROME
  1. In the top right corner of the browser, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and then click Settings.
  2. On the Settings page, click Privacy and security.
  3. Click Third-party cookies, and then select the Allow third-party cookies radio button.
SAFARI ON MAC OS
  1. On the Mac OS bar, click Safari > Settings.
  2. Click Privacy, and then clear the Prevent cross-site tracking checkbox.
  3. Click Advanced Settings, and then clear the Block all cookies checkbox.
SAFARI ON IOS (IPHONE AND IPAD)
  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Under Privacy & Security, turn off the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking option.
  3. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced.
  4. Under Privacy, turn off the Block All Cookies option.
MOZILLA FIREFOX
  1. In the top menu bar, click Firefox, and then select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. Select the Standard or Custom option.
  4. For the Custom option, select Cross-site tracking cookies, and isolate other cross-site cookies as a preference for Cookies.
MICROSOFT EDGE
  1. In the top right corner, click Settings and more, and then click Settings.
  2. Click Cookies and site permissions.
  3. On the Cookies and data stored page, click Manage and delete cookies and site data, and then set the following options:
    • Enable Allow sites to save and read cookie data. (recommended).
    • Disable Block third-party cookies.

Getting started with eS/Clean is easy! Simply sign up for a free trial on our website and follow the on-screen instructions.

eS/Clean includes a wide range of features to help you manage your cleaning business, including scheduling, dispatch, communication tools, inventory management, reporting, and mobile access for your staff.

Creating a cleaning job in eS/Clean is quick and easy. Simply enter the client information, job details, location, and any special instructions. The software will then automatically assign the job to the most suitable cleaner based on their availability and skillset.

esclean.app allows you to track the progress of your cleaning jobs in real-time. You can see which jobs have been completed, which are in progress, and any updates from your cleaning crew.

Security and Data

esclean.app takes data security very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls.

Only authorized users with the appropriate permissions can access your data in esclean.app. You can control who has access to your data and what level of access they have.

We use cookies to collect information about your working activities. Cookies are small text files that a web application transfers to your browser, which may then store the cookie on your hard drive or smart device. In several places the application pages make use of what are known as cookies. They help to make our offer more effective, more user-friendly and safer. Cookies are stored on your device and which your browser saves. All cookies we use are known as “session cookies”. These are automatically deleted at the end of the session. Cookies cause no harm to your device and do not contain any viruses.
